"Stag Construction Services Limited has recently completed, on time, an extension to the front of our house, to accommodate a disabled shower room with sink and toilet for my Mum. The company was responsible for every stage of the build.
 
The first day on site they came across a sizable problem whilst digging the foundations which was due to the way the house was originally built. There was no way of getting machinery in to help so, impressively, they dug 7 foot deep foundations just with very hard graft and apparent good humour.
 
The whole team show great pride in the quality of the work they produce and I never once felt concerned that the finished building was going to be anything but of the highest standard and the site and garden were kept as tidy as possible throughout the whole process. All the neighbours who watched with interest, several of whom are builders themselves, echoed this opinion.
 
All the men who worked on the project were sensitive and considerate to my Mother's dignity and condition. They had a great rapport with the carers who sit for my Mum and those who deal with her personal needs.
 
They have excellent communication skills and I always felt involved in discussions and decision-making and confident in their onward communication to other parties. I was happy to leave them alone in the house when necessary and I received no concerns or complaints from the neighbours about anything at all e.g. parking, noise etc. I have been amazed at how dust was kept to an absolute minimum throughout.
 
Great care was taken at every stage to ensure the extension was in keeping with the rest of the house, including an excellent choice of brick to match one which is no longer made, and relaying the original block paving rather than going for the easier option of laying concrete. The end result looks terrific and works brilliantly, passers by often comment that the extension looks as though it has been there forever.
 
I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone at all.
